Omaha-based Centris Federal Credit Union has produced social media videos promoting its partnership with Shred Vault for our “100lbs of Free Shredding” offer. The videos, which are posted to Centris’s Instagram, explain to viewers how to find the Centris promotion on the free Shred Vault app and walk them through the simple process of redeeming the offer.
“Sponsoring this Free Shredding program provides the community with a sustainable, convenient way to protect themselves and their loved ones from identity theft,” said Dawn Gonzales, Vice President, Community Relations. “It fits in well with our overall mission to provide meaningful financial products and services to those in our communities.”
According to Shred Vault Operation Manager Matt Neuhaus, Shred Vault sponsorships are building on the old concept of the shred event.
“In a traditional free shred event, sponsors provide the general public with a valuable shredding service that builds goodwill,” said Neuhaus. “With the Shred Vault sponsorship model, on the other hand, sponsors provide same free shredding service, but in a more convenient and accessible timeframe for participants. As a result, the goodwill it creates is deeper and more lasting.”
