Shred Vault has released an updated version of its mobile app, making it easier than ever for consumers to participate in sponsored shredding events and claim free Shred Vault bags. 

According to Shred Vault COO Jim Hood, “Thanks to this update, consumers who want to take advantage of sponsored shredding opportunities can now obtain their complimentary Shred Vault bags using nothing more than their mobile device.” 

Easy Access to Sponsored Shredding Campaigns 

Consumers can access local sponsored Shred Vault campaigns directly through the app’s Rewards page. By selecting a campaign, users instantly receive a QR code that can be scanned at participating Shred Vault kiosks to dispense a complimentary two-pack of Shred Vault bags. 

For added convenience, each QR code comes with a numerical redemption code, allowing users to claim their free Shred Vault bags online if they prefer not to visit a kiosk. 

Trusted Organizations Offering Free Shredding 

Organizations currently sponsoring free shredding campaigns through Shred Vault include the Better Business Bureau, Centris Federal Credit Union, and Russ’s Markets. These partnerships make it simple for consumers to securely dispose of sensitive documents while receiving useful rewards. 

Streamlined User Experience with the Updated App 

The updated Shred Vault app replaces the previous, more cumbersome process that required responding to automated text messages. Now, the process is fully mobile-friendly, giving business partners more control over distributing rewards and improving the overall customer experience. 

The Shred Vault mobile app is available for free on both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store and has already been downloaded by more than 5,600 users.
